I made a class(es) purchase but I don’t see my class in my account.

If you made a purchase on our site but don’t see it in your account, you may be logging in under the wrong email. Please ensure you are logging in using the email associated with your purchase.

1. Go to https://www.mindbodygreen.com/account/login
2. Use the email address you used to purchase. You will be emailed a 6-digit code which you can use to log in.
3. Once you’re logged in, click My Account and select Classes in the drop down menu  that appears. This will bring you to your student dashboard where you can access your class(es). [see image below].

If you’ve created your account and still don’t see your classes, it’s possible that you misspelled your email address upon purchase. Please reach out to mbgcoaching@mindbodygreen.com for assistance.
