I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Email us at support@mindbodygreen.com and a member of our Customer Service team will work with you to resolve any issues with your order. Please provide your order number, the email associated with your order, and the date of purchase. Please note a shipping investigation may be created which will have a turnaround time of 3 business days.
