I made a training purchase but I never received a confirmation email.

If you made a purchase on our site but didn’t receive a confirmation email, first check your SPAM/junk folder, as you should have received three emails:

1) a purchase confirmation receipt email,
2) an onboarding email with best practices on how to get started, and
3) a training-specific onboarding email.
