I made a training purchase but I don’t see my training program in my account.

If you made a purchase on our site but don’t see it in your account, please ensure you are logged in using the email used to make your purchase. To complete your account registration, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.mindbodygreen.com/account/login 
2. Enter the email address you used to purchase
3. Once you’re logged in, click My Account, and then select Classes & Training and you’ll see your purchased training there [see image below].

If you’ve created your account and still don’t see your training, it’s possible that you misspelled your email address upon purchase. Please reach out to mbgcoaching@mindbodygreen.com for assistance.
